Superior AI Solutions, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the Just Hired platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
We are committed to transparency, user control, and ethical data practices. We do not sell your personal data. Period.

- Job Search Preferences: Target job titles, industries, location preferences, remote work preferences, salary range expectations
- Professional Profile: Skills, keywords, experience level, education level, dealbreakers
- Resume Data: If you choose to upload a resume, we process its contents to improve job matching accuracy. Resume uploads are voluntary.
- Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Which job listings you view, click, save, or dismiss
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Social Security numbers
- Government-issued identification numbers
- Financial account numbers (bank, investment)
- Biometric data
- Health or medical information
- Information about protected characteristics (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) unless voluntarily provided by you for job matching purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To search for, score, and deliver personalized job matches based on your profile and preferences
- Account Management: To create, maintain, and secure your account
- Communication: To send your daily job digest emails, account notifications, and Service updates
- Service Improvement: To analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve our matching algorithms and user experience
- Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
We do NOT use your information for:
- Selling or renting to third parties
- Targeted advertising
- Building marketing profiles for external companies
- Any purpose not described in this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., email delivery, payment processing, cloud hosting). These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

- Active Accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account remains active
- Cancelled Accounts: Upon cancellation, we retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted
- Deletion Requests: Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
- Anonymized Data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for analytical purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you.
