Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Just Hired platform ("Service"), operated by Superior AI Solutions, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is a job search automation platform that uses artificial intelligence to scan publicly available job listings, evaluate them against user-provided criteria, and deliver curated results via email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your name, email address, and job search preferences. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@justhired.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

4.1 Free Trial

New users are eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial of the Service. No credit card or payment information is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused unless you select a paid subscription plan.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly at the rate selected at the time of purchase. Current pricing tiers are:

  • Basic: $19/month
  • Standard: $49/month
  • Premium: $97/month

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not affect the current billing cycle.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@justhired.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

5. Description of Service

The Service provides:

  • Automated daily scanning of publicly available job listings across multiple third-party job boards and platforms
  • AI-powered relevance scoring of job listings against your provided profile and preferences
  • Daily email delivery of curated job matches
  • Deduplication of listings to prevent repeated results

The Service does not:

  • Guarantee employment or job placement
  • Submit job applications on your behalf (unless explicitly enabled by you on applicable plan tiers)
  • Provide legal, financial, or career counseling
  • Guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of third-party job listings

6. User Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Collection

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and processing of the following data:

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Job search preferences (target titles, industries, location, remote preference, salary range)
  • Professional information (skills, keywords, experience level, education)
  • Resume data (if uploaded voluntarily)
  • Service usage data (which listings you view, click, or interact with)

6.2 Data Use

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Service
  • Generate and deliver your daily job match digests
  • Communicate with you regarding your account and the Service
  • Analyze aggregate trends to improve our matching algorithms

6.3 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6.4 Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
  • Opt out of any future data use beyond core service delivery

7. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including:

  • The right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold
  • The right to delete personal information held by the Company
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

We do not sell your personal information. We do not and will not sell, share, or otherwise commercialize your personal data, including to data brokers, recruiters, or any third party, without your explicit, informed, opt-in consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and content (excluding user-provided data and third-party job listings), is the property of Superior AI Solutions, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written consent.

Job listings displayed through the Service are sourced from third-party platforms and remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
  • Provide false or misleading information in your profile
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Job listings will be accurate, complete, or current
  • The Service will result in employment
  • AI relevance scores will be perfectly accurate

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERIOR AI SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superior AI Solutions, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.
